The Beautiful Minds project is an endeavor which seeks to encourage people to peer beyond their assumptions about the sea of anonymous faces they pass every day, and realize that everyone has a special story to tell; some insight and wisdom to offer. In a city as populated as New York, we have an unparalleled opportunity to be enriched and enhanced by the people around us. The Beautiful Minds project is an effort to make that happen. It is a series of ghostwritten narratives of soulful New Yorkers who, in the words of Jim Henson, “leave the world a bit better than when (they) got here.”
